Rejected Photo, Question To Screener

Hey, this is not a scream for advice, although if you have something to comment on the shot, be free to do so.

I am posting this as a question to the screener who rejected it.

The rejection mail stated:

"did you HAVE to cut the nose off?"

Answer, no... Big thumbs up I was surprised by the Qantas logo on the engine and focussed the shot around that. Would it have been accepted if the nose was on the pic?

I think it's fine the way you submitted it.

I bet if you crop to focus on the engines it will be accepted.

Well I thought my comment for the rejection was adequate and self-explanetory. First we get complaints about NO comments, and then I take the time to add one, instead of the generic Bad Motive.

What do I have to say, "Sorry Mr. Wietse, I must apologize for the rejection but this picture would have been much more appealing if you wouldn't have accidently cropped forward of the #1 right window."?

It was (in my opinion a very funny) comment to me and I just wanted to answer it in some way!

And Wietse, nice photo. If you cropped it a little more, it would look really nice.

Osu, it made me laugh as well, that's why I wanted to answer it. I just found it to be very sympathatic! It is indeed better than the generic badmotiv thingie!

Reala and the developing lab are giving me VERY good prints. So it is a message to everyone whining about their equipment: it IS possible Wink/being sarcastic
