This morning I recieved a confirmation mail from A.net. With the batch of 15 accepted pics, I hit the mark of 200 uploaded pics at A.net some days after the 1st anniversary of my first accepted pic on A.net, which appeared on June 11, 2001.

Excellent
(I saw that pic a few hours ago when looking through the "most popular--last 24 hours" section as I usually do when I visit around here, saw that pic and thought "Holy moly, what a great picture of Ndizani that is!" )

Congratulations Gerardo,
Great pic! On of the better ones of Ndizani that I have seen.
I just hit the 100 mark last week, and 40000 hits yesterday. So I know how you feel. It's on to the 500 mark for us now. Last one there is a lousy photographer!

Well Done Geraldo!
I am at 198 and Have been struggling to get to the 200 mark since I first uploaded back in 1998.
Unforteunatly technology does NOT favor me as I still shoot using Print film and an Old 22 year old camera.
But I do have 106,000 views total now so I am feeling pretty good about that as I hit 100,000 mark 2 weeks ago.

Thanks to all and muchas gracias for your nice comments.
Bo, you got me with your hits then, as I am around 90'000 by now. BTW, you have also some pretty interesting pics!!
EGGD: those pics at dawn are somehow special, but I had to wake up at 5.00AM .... on a saturday!!! .... to get those pics.
Andy: the sad thing is, that ZRH's website only lists the regs of the actual day. So, around 24h, they update the flightplan. When you see ZS-SAJ - arriving around 6.15AM - send an email to your chief, saying you're feeling sick.
Another tip for ZRH: that spot is only good for the early morning shots
Kind regards
Gerardo

Yes, very very bad weather makes superb pics. Something about that day when Matthew and David went to ADL, its on of those Huge Shower/sunny days, They don't happen often but if you are at an airport when it happens, and the a/c come in at exactly the right time, you can get pictures like that (i'll bet the rain stopped about 1 minute before that photo was taken!).
