Hi,

I have had 8 photos in the queue for about two weeks, and they haven't moved. Should I reupload? One I was kinda hoping would be added soon, it is the first cockpit shot of a Cirrus SR20 and SR22 in the database. First it was HQed, but than rejected for leaving the aircraft generic box empty (stupid me  Big grin), so i reuploaded, and it was sent to Johan this time, and has been there since.

Also it appears the stats are wrong : Smile

"Of those, 8 are yours.

436 photos and 70 photographers are currently before you in the queue (the number of photos may increase, not the number of photographers).

Of your 8 photos currently in the upload queue:
0 is in the high quality queue (needing the approval of three screeners to be added).
0 is deemed a border-case and has been brought to the attention of other screeners for their views.
4 are deemed difficult boder-cases and have been left to Johan for final decision.
4 are in the Appeal queue and will be screened by Johan.
4 have not been screened yet."

Thanks..

Same here Serge, my stats are wrong. I continually have 5 photos not screened yet when I've not uploaded any.

I'm sure its just a bug in the system and it doesn't seem to have affected anything.

...perhaps the four in the appeal queue and the four "difficult border cases" are the same?

They both wait for Johan...

I also have one photo waiting to move the first screening for about two weeks now. I wouldn't care. Perhaps our photos are just to good  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I forget: How can you check how many photos are before mine in the queue?

Johan's busy at the moment... chill out for a while, and he will get to them at some time. If you upload them again, you only clog up the system and waste screener time (and potentially Johan's if they get referred to him again), and sooner or later some of them will be rejected as doubles - if of course they aren't rejected for any other reason!

As regards the stats, I suspect that the four in the appeal queue are also being counted as unscreened.

Photos in the appeal queue show up as "not screened" as well so your total is correct.
Small inconsistency in the script, that's all.

Oh okay. Thanks for the insight guys. I won't reupload.... On the other hand, my gawd the screeners are fast! I uploaded a DC-3 cockpit shot last night and it was accepted this afternoon.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy
