Alive and well last time I spoke to him, but taking a bit of a vacation from shooting aircraft. I'm sure he'll be back.  Big grin

And also... I remember him saying that he has 3 weeks of hard work, and then 1 week of airliner photography. He hasn't been uploading that little IMO.

My favorite thing about a good plane shot is just the clarity. The colors and sharpness just make it look so real and in front of you. There is clarity in the foreground AND background, which give it a much more realistic look.

This is why Chris Sheldon is my favorite photographer.

Jason, those shots are amazing. I am not a fan of 777s at all, but the first AA shot is jsut so clear. Good job.

I am blown away.

Thanks for the kind words. I had a bit of a shooting holiday while doing some motorsport stuff but that's all done for the time being and I'm back to planes again!

BTW: Chris tells me he's planning a week of shooting soon so you should see some stuff from him real soon. Big grin

What do you mean he "left the building"? He's just taking a break, right?
