I was at JFK on Saturday (august 10), I was in the parking lot of the customs building when after 15-20 minutes of being there a Port Authority cop pulled up to the fence and asked if I was taking pictures I told him yes and he got out of his car, He came up to the fence and said someone had called because I looked suspicious! He asked me for my ID and wrote down my name in his notebook. He asked me to stop taking pictures but said I could stay where I was to watch. The cop was very nice and did not hassle me at all. I didn't argue with the cop about taking pic's out of respect and the fact that he let me stay. So for those of you who have had bad cop experiences out there I just thought I would tell you about a positive experience.
