I just got my most recent rejection...that makes 21 rejections (I counted them all in my e-mail archive) and 0 acceptances. As I said before, maybe its time to get rid of my old Mavica or for the reviewers to stop holding a grudge against me! Just kidding!

49 acceptances so far, slow but effective..... 6 in HQ right now and scanning more shots that look like they have a chance.

regards,
Serge

Why dont you post links to some rejections so we can see what you're doing. I think you should be able to get one accepted with a mavica...true, you can't zoom in but still something should work.

what are you doing to the pics before uploading them?

A man who likes CRICKET is telling you he doesn't like YOU? serious confusion there....

You really need to post links to your rejects so that we can take a look at them. That way we can really tell you we don't like you.....errr, I mean give you constructive critique..  Smile

I heard that "Glenn" doesn't like anyone, lucky he isn't a screener or we'd all be in trouble!

Bruce: Before I upload the photos I try to retouch and crop (keeping them in A.net limits) the photos as best I can using Photo Shop. Of course, I cant claim expert status on the program, but I know what I'm doing.

Serge,
Throw away that crappy digital and go back to prints!

Aren't you the same who said a few months ago "I can't wait to have a C700" (or was it a C720?) ???  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

'cause that kind of advice boosted my acceptance rate of 1/4 to 10/14 !

Not a perfect shot (far from it) but obviously good enough for the screeners.

Although I reckon I have much better results with my C700 now.

Jcs17: my shots were taken with a 1.2 or 1.3 MP Mavica  Big grin
You just need to get really close to the aircraft, and have a day with nice weather and you will get some shots in  Big grin
