Resize Option Adobe Photoshop

Good day photographers!

I'm now searching for almost two weeks to get my pics resized without a big compression. I'm now using Adobe Photoshop, and know that it offers options to resize the picture - but where?  Confused

Click on Image on the main menu, then image size then enter the size of image you want
