I do the same as above... generally don't try to clean the inside with anything more than a gentle blower brush as doing so will probably make it worse not better... I learned that the hard way: my focusing screen has a couple of streaks on it from trying to clean it off! Oh well... it dosen't affect the images... but coming from experience don't try to clean the inside, take it to a professional cleaning shop if it really needs it otherwise don't bother.
