I had some emails about some pictures for other websites, but anywho, I was scanning some pictures at my girlfriends house. (My scanner broke) And I have two pictures that came out black and white. They were different kinds of film, and they were from two different rolls of film. One was actually 4 years older than the other. Odd thing is they are both taken in HKG (one in kai tak and one in CLK) My question is why did it scan b&w and how can I fix it? It was only for two pictures, and I ended up scanning about 15.

Do you have a negative or flatbed? Most likely its a problem with your scanner settings. Maybe you had it on "positive" and they're negatives? (would be obvious as hell though ) Could always try reading the manual if all else fails...
