Dan, I dont think so... that is a late evening departure, and the sun sets in the sea. If it would have been shot from Maho, you would see nothing but mountains in the background. (due to the compression of that kind of tele)

I was so severely sunburned from the first day I had to shoot from the Maho Beach Hotel for the rest of my stay. My final day their it appeared that the tower didn't have it together. Planes were taking off and landing in both direction and several were aborted. Also had a prop return with only one screw turning. I would upload the shot but it would most likely get rejected due to the suns location.

I know snorre is Thomas Posch, I saw some of his older photo in the database with his real name before he changed to snorre. I think all his shot are excellent and I got a blast recently from his pictures!!! Well done. I wonder what did he shoot (Digital/slide/.....??)

Well, Snorre!! This is amazing shot at SXM with 2 photos. I am very proud of the guys did make it for the pictures. This is very wonderful person of the aviation photography into the a.net very much long time. I have to think about of the trip to SXM in the future. Well, talk ya later!
