Good idea, don't you think??

Cheers...

Green light from me Johan. It'd better be some of that old stuff.
I'm doing the same thing right now! Only difference is that I have a good glass of Merlot at my side.

Bonne chance, mon ami! You just earned a place in my respected list.

If there's no possibility to go out to a night club tonight, scanning and photoshopping a little, gives a lot of relaxation to the human mind, anybody here to disagree??

I've thought about this a bit lately. Scanning and editing gives me a lot of joy. And indeed Johan, it is relaxing, especially with a nice CD on.

But ultimately the feeling of standing in a field at seven in the morning while seeing a 747 on approach is the biggest thrill of them all!--> If my acceptance ratio at A.net would go to 0.0%, I'd still be photographing planes.

Having a drink with my friends is a different league, which I couldn't do without. I normally choose for the best of both worlds  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Cheers guys! Last glass of the day for me. Collecting my new car tomorrow!

Martin,

Now I'm running a few from the late 90's, must mix, ya know...

I've checked out your A.net stuff, as you you reminded me of a while ago, very good, IMHO...

...oh, and BTW, I added you to my list too... (right now...)

I wish I could get myself to scan more stuff: with my slow PC, running the scanner software and photoshop is a nightmare Sad

Maybe tommorrow I'll scan some more of my dad's seventies shots, gotta love those oldies Smile

Not for me I'm afraid - Friday night is sacred - pub night! from whence I've just returned ... processing shots after a few pints is not, I have learned, a good idea. Could screen a few I suppose ... except everything looks like a baddouble at the moment  Smile

Hi Johan

Sorry about such a late reply from me, no doubt the reason is I was busy travelling and going through "things"  Big grin

Just want to congraulate you on your high quality scans, I love all your action slides and remember the first time you scan them onto A.net, I offered you $$$ to buy them coz I can't get enough of them!  Smile

Soon I will scan more of my slides too, although I enjoyed the conveinence and easiness of my D100 but I still preferred the correct way of photography  Big grin

But then again, nighttime is long and scanning is definately ok, since uploading pictures during USA business hours is tryin trying and retrying again... Sad

As for music, Destiny's Child will do, unless anyone of you wants to send me the soundfile of a concorde take-off  Smile
