Looks like a Vivitar Series 1, 100-400mm. I have one, and use it quite a bit. Not state of the art or even close, but I bought it to use photographing my daughter's soccer games a few years ago. A lot of my shots on here are done with it.

That lens is sold under many brandnames, but it's manufactured by Cosina.
Nice lens for the money, I replaced mine only a few weeks ago with a Sigma 170-500.
The Sigma is worlds better but of course also costs some 3 times as much.
Some advice on the Cosina/Vivitar/whatever: Use it only between f/8 and f/16, opening up more causes bad falloff in the corners and may cause vignetting at the short end with the hood attached.
Most of my shots here from before this year are with the lens too (at least the telephoto shots).
