I would say it might. The plane IS a bit far away, that might get it kicked back. If the plane was filling the frame it would more than likely make it.

I agree with USAIR_757, the plane is a little far away, but it could still be accepted. Also, if you have the opertunety, try to remove the dust/spots in the sky.

I think it might make it. However, as USAir_757 said, its s bit far. Try scanning it at a higher DPI, then cropping around it. That should keep the same quality, and make it look like it was a close shot. Also, as Thom@s said, you might want to remove those dust/spots in the sky.
Other then that, its a great picture!
