Hello

I have notified some A.net photographers some months ago about the use of their photos without permission on the mentioned AAA magazine and have also scanned a copy of the concerned pages.

You guys should know who you are but I dont really remember exactly now so I just want to ask how they responded.. Any payout or much dispute?

Just a "follow-up" no other intentions  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I believe two of them are:

Ckw?
Micheil?

Still being argued - latest position from AAA is that my claim is questionable, because other photographers have claimed the image as their own! If true, I suppose I should be flattered  Smile

Haven't given up the fight, but can't go into detail here for obvious reasons.

Incidently, this is the image in question

Oh welll... i don't know what to say but I think AAA is a crap magazine so afterall they won't be as generous as others with payouts but good luck, you never know!  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I have stopped my subscription with them... I do not want to support a company like that... and I believe in all their issues including recent ones, A.net photos are still being used.

I am not sure if they are still using them these days but I believe they are since they have been doing so for a long time and if they were to stop they would almost get no pictures in their magazine.

However, I have stopped buying that magazine as I do not think it is worth it.
