Dear all,

An ex. CP 744 C-FGHZ will be flying into HKG later
this week, and it departs HKG at 11:00 hrs on Sunday
morning back to YVR. It's in full AC livery with
"Team Canada 2001" logo below the cockpit. I hope the
weather is sunny and we can shoot it.

Alan

It's nothing special... you guys at HKG will probably shoot it many many many times over. The only difference is it has AC colours... damn shame.

Regards,
Rob

Hi Alan

Just a question about Kai Tak.

Can you tell me if the old Aviation Club building is still there?

Have you ever walked past the airport since it was closed and just thought of good times now gone?

Personally, I would feel pretty sad.

Hi Gary,

I usually go to Kai Tak or Kowloon City.
In 1998,1999. I took some time to the spot "Chi Chun Lau"--the building/housing estate.
To cherish how I did when Kai Tak is present.
Imagine there is a plane on IGS approach.
OK, about the avaition club. Yes! they are still there beside Kai Tak.
They are still in work. But sure! there are no more flying of them.

Regards,
Alan
