I know some people will disagree, but for me (and I'm sure many others) these are some of the best shots in the database!

Sideshots don't get praised very often, so Congrats, Mr. Wallner on these beauties! Smile I'll never get bored of seeing shots like this........

Hi

I like them, especially the atmosphere on the CAAC SP.

I agree with you Mike. I try to get a 50mm side shot on most aircraft plus some action shots. The side shot is the prime picture.

I love the caption of the 747SP shot: Some call it a boring side shot, others call it a high quality shot...

 Big thumbs up

Cheers

50mm shots are wonderful, but only on kodachrome. Good work Rolf

Hi all

While I am not a 100% taker of side shots, when I am shooting one particular aircraft for example, I always shoot a side on.

I don't always upload to the site.

Cheers

I agree with Gary here above.

I always take at least one sideshot if only so that I can remember the registration and other info which is not always visible in the non-side shots.

Especially that Wallnerchrome 25 shot of the SR 743... what a beauty. Proud to say one is sitting in my collection as well  Smile But, we must admit Rolf is a damn lucky guy to have planes moving around a perfect spot with no clutter on either side, which makes a Wallnerchrome slide so special Big grin
