I have 4 days off this week from work and was looking at airfares and found a great deal to LAX from IAD. I am thinking about buying it but there is a problem. I wanna know if anyone is available those dates to provide me a ride to/from around the airport. I would also like to hit SNA or LGB if possible. I can manage to get a motel room, but I cant afford a hotel like $100 a night, so is there any decent cheap motels like $30-50 a night that is like a mile from the airport?

If I were to get a hotel on Century Blvd, is it an easy walk to get to the airport and shoot somewhere? What about shooting from the hotel? What about on Airport Blvd? I would like to possibly hit SNA also and possible take Southwest to like SJC or somewhere kinda cheap.
I arrive LAX July 5 at 9:35AM on AA flight 149 from Washington Dulles and leave LAX July 8th.
Im taking 4 days off to Cali. before I go on my deployment.

Try the Hacienda Hotel or Furama. Both shouldn't be too expensive. Also if you rent a car it may not be too expensive; got a car in LAX for about $ 17 a day thru Payless.

I spent about half an hour this afternoon at Imperial Hill while waiting for a friend to arrive at LAX. The park itself is still fenced off, but there is parking available and the views are great!!!
