For the first time, a 747 has landed at La Guardia Airport this afternoon. I had a tripod set up and was trying to take pictures of myself with an LGa background when VROOM, overhead comes a PIA 747!
It was making an emergency landing to due a sick passenger who got a nail clipper lodged in her throat (no wonder they don't let them on planes!).
However, those IMPOSSIBLE screeners at anet already rejected it for badpasting, whatever that means. WHAT GIVES? Ok, maybe not the greatest quality, but this is a once in a lifetime picture! Perhaps I'll sue.

More comments, Mike. I like how your pic's lighting matches the rest of the picture, and how the pic is from the came runway and everythign as my version. Although would that really be to scale? Also a very late touchdown if you know the airport. That plane is DEFINITELY going into the drink. lol
Tom Turner took my pic, and Art BRett owns the PIA 747 I used, both with permission.

Look now! Mike caught this amazing season transition on film! Notice how the trees behind all buildings are green, and the trees in front of buildings are still leaf-less! Ok, maybe I'm getting a little picky, lol.
Once again, great edits, and cool effect when making those trees green (at least some of them)!
