For the XP users, there are some neat power toys available from Microsoft. Many of you probably have used them at one time or another, I have for the last few years.

One that I like is the Image Resizer. Just select the size you want from the pop up and click resize. Instant copy in the same folder.

Works great for resizing pictures for e-mail.
