My favorite US Airline is US(US airways). I love them especially on the Transatlantic A330's. The service is always Good with good AVOD. I especially like the bunch who regularly fly the PHL-FCO-PHL run especially one Lady Mary-Helen who I have flown with twice on the FCO-PHL return and once on the SNN-PHL 762ER.

Well my favourite North American carrier has to be AC. I have had some real positive experiences with them especially on the short haul fights

I like CO. Good service with an outstanding international network.

I LUV WN as well. My most frequent route is DAL-HOU. How can you beat flights every 30 minutes with great service, good fares, and convenient airports? That combo is unbeatable for business travelers. They show up at the airport at their convenience and typically can get on a flight within 30 minutes.

My all-time favorite airlines are two that no longer exist as separate entities, Piedmont (PI) and PeoplExpress (PE). PI had the best service and that hint of Southern charm and hospitality no other carrier could match. It all went down the tubes when US acquired them. I also liked PE; in my opinion they were ahead of their time. I flew with them maybe 2 dozen times, and was very satisfied with the service, except near the end before CO took them over.

Now my favorites among U.S. carriers are WN and CO, and among foreign airlines my best experiences were on KL.

My all time favorite was North Central, always clean, nice staff, and got me to the hub so I could catch UA, AA, WA, or NW depending of where I needed to go. Today I like the airline formerly known as America West. Non-stops to where I need to go from PHX. Enjoy the comfort of the Airbuses, the theme 757's etc.
(Disclaimer: still won't pay hundreds of $$ to fly them)

huh, we must have gotten unlucky when we flew them, we were squished and the flight attendants dissapered for most of the flight, my TV wasn't working, my mums light wasn't working and so on. So I guess thats good for you, but they just aren't my choice airline.

I'd have to go with AS as they have been consistant with the quality of customer care. AS knows how to take care of a passengar and will go out of their way to help them out. CO is my second choice.

Short haul it would be AC, however over the pond  thumbsdown
I use LX over the pond and AC domestic/short haul never had a bad experience with AA however the last time I flew them was prior 9/11

Cheers,

Definitely Delta. I don't care how many bags of mine they lose, or how many flights they delay or cancel. I'll love Delta Air Lines until the day I die!
