I throw my vote in for SAS - you get more legroom, a footrest, you or may not get more meal choices and you get board with business.
The legroom and the footrest are the big, big pluses.

NZ Premium Economy gives you priority checkin (at the business checkin)
Premium wines. 38-40" seat pitch with foot rests, power ports, and of course NZ's excellent AVOD IFE.
With SAS in Economy Extra (long haul) you also get:
37" seat pitch with extra recline
Amenities kit (cool shoe bag + extras)
Bottle with mineral water
In-seat 110/220V Power outlet (no extra adaptor required)
Separate Cabin (row 14-17 on their reconfigured A340)
Cabin is 2-3-2 vs 2-4-2 in Economy
Economy Extra (short haul):
Inflight meal
General:
Access through Fast Track - Faster security check at ARN+CPH
There could be more to add.
I agree with Flybynight though. It's a good EE, but you also pay a premium for it (unless you get an upgrade.. hehe).
Next flights: CPH-FRA-CPH: CPH-BKK-MNL-BKK-CPH; CPH-BRU-CPH

you could, in theory, add Air Jamaica to the list.
They recently rebranded their Atlantic Limousine service between LHR and MBJ/KIN.
First became Executive Business Class (12 of em with 84" pitch)
Business became Deluxe Economy class - same meals etc as economy but with a 50" pitch! Beat that if you can for a premium economy product. Even though they are really just old business class seats and prob. couldn't afford to change them.
Its not bad either - I checked it out as I walked through to J.
