Simple question... Anyone taken one of US's 762s to Europe? Whats the service like?

Dave

search the data base. I know there is a couple, mainly one about a flight attendant who is called X. Hope that helps.

I flew PHL-MUC about a year ago. This was on one of the first 767-200's to wear the new livery. The service is OK. Nothing to brag about, but it was not as awful as I expected it to be either. The planes are showing their age and their high utilization, although the oldest 762's in the fleet date back to around 1988.

The cabins are worn and bland and very much the 1980's experience of flying.

I flew one back in 2003 PHL-SNN-PHL. Nice flight same service as the A330 but no AVOD. But I had 30A on both legs so nice window seat.

I just flew one last week to from PHL to DUB... service was very professional and attentive... fly was not completely full which made it nice to stretch out... movie is shown on one large screen... the service and staff were great, I didn't think the 762 was as bad as some people make them out to be, of course I prefer the newer A330 but the 762 is just fine, an enjoyable flight.
