Hehe, nice stuff Braulio. Of all the above my vote would go to the Shorts 360. It's not a modified version or something else, and it's not even that rare. But it sure is ugly (funny looking). It is a joy to fly though, with 1-2 seating.

Hola Braulio,

dificil eleccion.

Before your post, I don't know the Myasischev or the PZL-Mielec Belphegor aircrafts but I must to say that the ugliest aircraft I ever seen is the Antonov 30.

If you think convenient, add to your list.

Regards,

Gerard

The Whalejet would have to be the best winner for the newest 21st century jets. The new Russian plane that China has just ordered 500 off

What?!?!?!?!? How can anyone say the shorts 360 is fugly?!?!?! I think it looks great, but I would say that as it came from my home city. I miss seeing it flying over my house! The square fuselage produced a good percentage of the lift of the aircraft. And as for the a380, you have to see her in real life to appreciate the beauty Big grin

I would have to say my list includes...

The skyvan... its just too small,
Bristol Freighter,
New Boeing Freighter, but it is growing on me,
And most things Russian from the war time.

It looks like a pig in a blanket. For those that don't know what that is; it is a pork breakfast sausage wrapped in a small pancake.

I think an Argosy is the ugliest. I have never flown on one, but I have been up close and on one and it is ugly.

Not near as ugly as its brother the 330 with twin tails...
That one is a freak in looks but works nicely for a small cargo plane.

Not so much ugly but I do the that the 777 is quite possibly the most dull looking plain out there. It looks like the aircraft equivalent of a Toyota Camry

The Transavia PL-12 Airtruck

Not too sure about this one either

I don't like signatures...
25 Asturias : I have flown the Shorts 360 and it is the ugliest thing I've ever seen. The Skyvan also looks like it fell from the ugly tree, hitting every branch on
26 Post contains links and images LTU932 : I'm not sure, but somehow, Howard Hughes's infamous "Spruce Goose" should be a candidate for being this oversized monster that barely flew. View Large
27 Post contains links Curmudgeon : The Lun Ekranoplan. While technically a ground effect craft, have a look at this thing for fugly: http://www.globalaircraft.org/planes/lun_ekranoplan.
28 57AZ : How about the Carvair or the AN-2?
29 Post contains images Superfly : I better put my flame suit on but here is my least favorite. The Boeing 777 Especially in these hideous liveries. Give me four or three engines anyday
30 Post contains images WILCO737 : Agreed... The A380... there it nothing uglier out there... WILCO737
31 TrijetsRMissed : IMO for airliners it is the A380 and just about any Russian jet. I'll add the 732 as well but to a lessor extent.
32 Post contains images Agill : People who think the A380 is uglier than this should really consider getting out of the A vs. B trenches.

35 Post contains images COIAH756CA : Wow.. Your opinion is one in itself. There are not many like you(maybe none).. CO's livery is the best in the world, and the 777 is the best airliner
36 Post contains images Superfly : LOL! I know my opinion is unpopular around here. I don't like giant twins ...... on aircraft that is. I like four engine aircraft. I can't stand whit
37 COIAH756CA : Haha. I understand. I also really like the polished metal liveries. I'm also a fan of artsy ones.
38 Superfly : You can say my taste is a bit older generation. I don't like the theme designs because it takes away from the beauty of the aircraft. The worst has to
39 Post contains images RootsAir : Correct richie. At first I thought the Beluga was ugly as hell but when you compare it to its predecessor, its actually pretty nice
40 Post contains images Trekster : What???? The BA livery is amazing on the 777, i cant wait to get on one FLAMING COMING
41 Post contains images Superfly : No I am the one that should be wearing the flame suit. Everyone loves the 777. It's OK and I've flown a few already. In the large longhaul catagory I
