Hi everybody,

Based on the opinion of this two passengers JJ is facing some troubles in LHR.

Has anybody experienced any trouble with them in the route London - Brazil?

Well I haven't flown them - but I was at LHR Terminal 4 departures on 12/23 at about midday (the day after the horrid fog lifted)

I needed a coffee so I struggled up to the Cafe Bar at the top end near BA's J and F check-in where JJ has their ticket desks

There were probably 25 - 35 people with JJ tags on their luggage camped out around the front of the counter.

A uniformed ticket counter agent came flailing over the top of the counter and screamed at the people below, 'you move away from here - I call the police right now!'

Now, admittedly this was after 3 days of horrific Terminal overcrowding and everybody working at LHR seemed to be thoroughly p-ed off with the whole thing, and i had not seen any of the situation brewing up to that moment - but it didn't seem like their finest moment in customer care...
