Best Hotel To Stay At LHR To Plane Spot?

Hey random thing here but i have to spend one night at LHR and want to just know what is the best hotel to stay at to get good views of the airport. I know the Hilton doesnt have the best views i think. Also is a bit expensive for one night!!
Any Ideas??

Has great parrellel views of RWY 27R/9L and if landings are on 27R you're in for a treat! Big grin

Make sure you ask for a room overlooking the airport though as half the hotel faces the perimeter road  Sad

ABsolutely the Renaissance. They even have a *Spotters Special Rate* which guarantees a room overlooking the runway, breakfast in the room and a few other perks thrown in. Great place, I've stayed there many times.
