guys,
As part of my friends dissertation, he is conducting a survey of the airline industry
in the UK. It will only take about 5 minutes to complete, and can be found
at:
He is very grateful to anyone who fills one out, and obviously the more
responses he gets, the better the results will be so he asks you to get you
friends and family living in the UK to fill one out too.
The website explains the details, and once again, many thanks to anyone who
fills one out.

I'm not sure if it's possible now that this survey is online, but it would be useful for the range of answers when rating airlines to include 0, ie chose from 0,1,2,3,4 or 5.

Quoting BA787 (Reply 2): Filled it nout, my only qualm would be it made me rate certain airtlines when I hadmnt flwown with them
From the site:
Quote: Personal experience of the airline is not necessary, as I am more interested how you perceive an airline based it's public image created from media reports, publicity material and your general impression.. If you are not sure about an airline, you can select 'No Opinion', but only do this if you have never heard of the airline. Please don't select this just because you have not flown with the airline, as the opinion of people who have never flown with an airline is very important to the dissertation.
...and please, use the spell checker for gods sake!

The combination of "Not flown" and "no opinion" is okay with me.
I assume, it is easier from a technical point of view that way than leaving answers empty ?

Quoting BA787 (Reply 9): Your spelling isn't perfect either, and I was in a rush
Not 100% of the time, nobody is perfect; my spelling certainly isn't faultless and so I thus use the checker provided. Your posts are all to often atrocious, so please do us all the courtesy of using the checker - it only takes a few seconds, so if you have time to post, you have time to check it.
