All,
Just after a quick tip really.
I'm on holiday doing LHR-JFK LGA-ORD-EWR, JFK-BOS-JFK, JFK-LHR FROM 15th March - 24th March.
Work contacted me yesterday, and are sending me to CA for a few days so after I land in the UK on 24th March I'll be back off on LHR-SFO on 29th March to 8th April
Flights are as follows:
24TH VS26 JFK-LHR 744 0835 - 1915
29TH VS19 LHR-SFO 744 1100-1350
8TH VS20 SFO-LHR 744 1630-1030
I need to be fully alert when I land in London from New York [friends staying for 2 days the next day] and in SFO [work].

Get a prescription for some sleeping medication (Ambien, perhaps). Try to sleep on the flights and then take it at night for a few days after crossing a lot of time zones. You might not feel perfect, but it will help you sleep through the night and adjust more quickly.
