U.S. Airports With Most New Airlines Since 9/11

Being from Sacramento, the airport always brings up how many new carriers it has gained since 9/11 everytime I read about a new one coming to town. With the recent addition of Air Canada starting service in June, SMF has gained seven new airlines since 9/11. Hawaiian, Aloha, Frontier, Jet blue, Mexicana, Expressjet, and Air Canada. So I was just curious as to which U.S. airports have gained the most new airlines since then. Can anybody think of more than SMF's seven?
