What Are The Best Seats On A SriLankan A340

In July I am flying from London to Tokyo on SriLankan Airlines (LHR-CMB-MLE-NRT), and have prereserved seat 10A on all the flights - this is a bulkhead, but does anyone know if the legroom is decent in those seats, or is the bulkhead so close that you have nowhere to put your feet? Is there a cutout at the bottom of the partition? Is the TV in the armrest (making it wider, and unmovable), or on the bulkhead? Thanks

Normally the rows with a bulkhead infront are the ones with the most legroom in economy but because 10A isn't an exit row I can't be sure.
