I've been thinking about the frequency I fly each airline. (I fly United at least every 2-3 weeks). Here's a rundown of most to least:

I'll stick to US domestic:
United (last flight two days ago)
Continental (two weeks ago)
Delta (three weeks ago)
Alaska (July, 2006)
American (April, 2006)
USAirways (Feb, 2005)
America West (Summer, 2004)
Midwest Express (Fall, 2003)
Northwest (1996)
Southwest (once, years and years ago!)

I do not explicity avoid any of these airlines.

Hmmm, well I am not going to go into every one, but the longest time since I flew an airline that is still in business, it would have to be TAP... last flown in January 1973!
