Hello to you all

I am wondering which is the best moment to buy a ticket from BCN-SYD rountrip...I have been granted with a scholarship to do an English course there and i have to buy my tickets. I shoud be there between sept 10th and sept 29th...I don't know if waiting a little could reduce fares....I've seen them around 1300€ roundtrip...

Thank you!!!

Hola Titisierra!

Why not looking at some of the Gulf companies? Gulf, Emirates... have some reasonable prices from Rome or Milan. I was looking at them for a course in New Zealand in December and they far cheaper than any other company. Just to try something different...

Bona sort!

Salut!

Roger

If you are going to go all the way to Sydney pay a couple extra dollars and fly with Singapore Airlines. The service is excellent, and the schedule is very good as well. The best fare that I was able to find was Euro 1412.00 Tax Inclusive. The fare is pricey but take into effect the fact that the service, and the new 777-300ER of Singapore Airlines is better than any other product offered between Europe and Australia. The dates are a little skewed to offer you additional time on both ends to enjoy more than just Sydney, or take a few days at leisure.

Additionally you may want to contact Thai Airways I think that they may have a Sales Office in Barcelona. If not I believe the have a Numero Gratis. They often run very attractive offers from Madrid via Bangkok to Sydney. Those offers can be combined with rather low add-on airfares from other cities in Spain. Have a wonderful trip to Australia!
