I watched the show on TLC the Learning Channel about the Airbus A380 and thought is was well done. I did though not like John Travolta hosting it because he did look preety stupid up there and he knows not too much on the aircraft itself. I felt he was just there to bring in viewers like "Oh look, John Travolta is hosting this show so lets watch it!" what do you think?

Didn't like the show much. I wanted more technical/developmental stuff; you know, how they determined the need for the plane, the challenges in building something so large, the task of selling the a/c etc. And YES, dump John Travolta... not a good host.

I think the show was a little misleading.. They advertised it like we were going to see the second coming of Christ or something. It really wasn't much more information than alot of people (especially geeks like us) already knew.
Triple shifts everday 6/19 - 7/1..Won't be on much

Considering that all TLC shows anymore are wedding and birth related programs, I am pleased that they showed it at all. Though I didn't get to see it or the reruns.
I do not mind waiting til the first flight, though I will have a hissy fit when the media doesn't make a big enough deal about it.
The meaning of life is curiosity; we were put on this planet to explore opportunities.
