The BN Islander has two wheels on each of it's main gear, that's quite a small commercial passenger aircraft. I'm sure there will be a general aviation example though which is smaller, probably a kit built special of some kind.

Well I think that is Continental with just over 200 aircraft. Southwest is inevitably the leader with over 400 or so, but I would expect Ryanair to be closing in on second place pretty soon - they have 140 with a lot more on order!
