I have to go with LOT.
This is one of my favorite liveries and it looks best on the IL-62.

As I opened this thread I was just thinking LOT was the best! Big grin

Something about the combination of the 62s shape and that excellent livery, I just love it!

British Airways. Oh wait...no, they flew VC-10s.
In all seriousness now, LOT gets my vote as well. Aeroflot was just too plain & boring at the height of the Il-62's prime.

The old Aeroflot colors from the 60's ( the one the type was introduced into service with ), any livery used by CSA and the Russian State Transport livery would get my vote.

I'm quite partial to Air Koryo's livery, added to the fact they're unusually clean  Silly

My vote goes to either LOT or Cubana. I normally think the IL-62 is an ugly plane because of the flightdeck windows, but these 2 liveries make it look good. I'd love to fly on one someday.

Actually, I have always had a fondness for the CSA OK-Jet scheme. Ever since this old girl arrived in the US (back in 1986), I had hopes that someone would restore her. Unfortunately, she has deteriorated greatly over the years - I'm not sure the aircraft even still exists. Pity.

The Interflug scheme, which is similar (especially with the stylized flag on the tail) is also neat.

It still looks good on Air Koryo. I liked as well the very old Aeroflot livery, TAAG and Interflug.
