Crews: What Do You Pack For Food?

I have a line for the month for November and I start a four day trip tomorrow, what does everyone pack for food? Just wondering.

Yes i saw cabin crews bring food on the plane. I flew Eastwest, i saw a cabin crew drew his curtain and ate his pie for his lunch.

Do you remember from the news about BA? A BA cabin crew hated inflight meals and brought her own food. She heated the chicken food inside powerful oven/microwave...then the food was exploded very loudly! The microwave/over was broken and couldn't repair it anymore. Later, BA management forbid cabin crews to bring their own food on the planes.
