AA got the best business f-class domestic award.
CO got the best overall airline domestic service award and best business service.

Being that CO does not offer n/s service to KOA guessing you will be on CO8991 from HNL-KOA on HA.

I have done this run with my brother and my wife before and used AA metal.

I only have used CO metal on CO01 from IAH to HNL before.

Sadly, it's going to be very hard to find AVOD on any KOA flight. Maybe UA's 777 ORD-OGG-KOA-ORD has it from time to time; I'm not really sure. Either way that's not going to help you.

As far as AA, the 757's they fly into KOA are pretty worn. Being your trip is in March, you might be lucky enough to pull one of their 767's as they run them into KOA during peak times. Hopefully this will be the case. I was on one of the newly configured 767's last month (HNL-DFW) and the J cabin was very nice.

US generally has a lot of traffic into KOA from AUS but I would avoid them at all cost.

Personally, I like UA's product. They also have the most frequency into KOA. I'd say go with them.

KOA flights are normally only 2-class anyway...
