Yes it is. On Orbitz they show it as operated by Air Japan which was confirmed by my United ticketing agent.

That's indeed the new Club ANA Asia (regional seats) that the flight should have, but they also have some 767s still flying with old 2-2-2 seating. Legroom and recline leave a lot to be desired. Meal service is 1-tray affair with wines from small bottles like in Y.
