RJ And Miles Or MD80 And No Miles?

hello fellow a.net members.. opinion time..

taking a flight to STL in january from NYC with my boy friend. I have a choice of (same price)

Delta JFK-STL
CRJ-100
I accumulate the miles in my skymiles (I have a bunch).

or AA LGA-STL
MD-80
I have a miles account but not many miles on them.

I'm torn.. comfort, or miles?

its only a 2.5 hour flight so I should be fine.. but gese I hate the CRJ.. they all need to be made into beer cans! lol

I'd go for comfort. Then again, I mostly fly AA, so I'm biased. But I didn't enjoy my one flight on a CRJ, and I'd take an MD-80 over the CRJ any day.

While both JFK and LGA can be messes, I'd go with AA, as your 2 hours on the CRJ may well turn in to 4 or 5.

I'd prefer the MD80, older, more fun, I dont like the CRJ... Its too small for me...
And about the miles... Hmmm, I never collected any miles in my life, so I dont care for that Wink
