A320-not too long, and not too short

An SQ A345, just aviation perfection. The length of the 346 puts me off a little but I must admi I think all of the modern Airbus' are pleasing on the eye

I agree. The A346 reminds me a bit of a stretch DC-8. However, the above photo is quite flattering to the A346.
Quoting Landingshortly (Reply 20): No beauty contest without my beloved Celestar. (Airbus A340-300E) Gotta love that bird.
Quoting Landingshortly (Reply 20): And of course her older brother. The Airbus A340-500 looks simply amazing.

I love the A340-300, the hair dryer engines give it that extra sleek look to it. I don't care for the A320, but the A319 and A321 look quite nice, as does the A310.

I concur, the RR trent 700 engines have nice clean lines, although they stand out better with a differing colour from the fuse:
25 KhelmDTW: Definitely! BEAUTIFUL plane. Long, Elegant, HUGE engines... Makes for one sweet plane
26 QantasA333: Easy decision....Airbus 330-300, closely followed by the Airbus 340-500/600! QantasA333
27 Leskova: Of the ones I've flown on, I'd say it's the A340-600 in SAA's livery... ... of the one's I've not flown on, it's pretty much any A340-500. You're mixi
28 ZKSUJ: A330-300 for me and maybe even the A340-300/500
29 FlySSC: Definately for me : the A330-300 and A340-300
30 Aruba: Most defiantly the Airbus 340-600, in SA colors, from inside and out. The look of it reminds me of a seagull soaring in the air. View Large View Mediu
31 NEMA: A330 for me and ive been lucky to spend a few hours on them
32 Legoguy: Snap. Great choice. The A340-600 looks great in the Qatar, Thai and Iberia liveries whilst the A330-300 looks great in any livery! I also particularl
34 Babybus: That's an invidious question. They are all stunningly gorgeous. Ok, I have to admit it, I do have a soft spot for the A318. What a cute little baby! V
35 IH8BY: Difficult, though I think I'll have to settle for the A340-500, preferably in Emirates colours. I have yet to travel on an Airbus widebody, which is a
36 Columba: Followe by NW Hard to say I like all A340s although the A340-300 and -500 look best as they have the best proportion. The A340-200 is a bit too small
37 IflyKPDX: A330 by far, with A350 coming up second (unless they plan on changing it again! )
38 DEVILFISH: You'd just have to wait until 2009..... http://www.flightglobal.com/articles...ium-london-city-new-york-link.html Quote: "British Airways has ordered
41 Hoppe777: Well its the A340-500 or the A330. The A330 is so quiet and well when you have a good experience on the jet, next time you see it you remember what a

43 LY777: Best looking Airbus a/c must be the A330-200
46 BA380: My two faves are the shortest and longest of the widebody: the 310 and the 346. The 310 has beautiful proportions, but the 346 is also stunning...
47 Acey: Too long and slender in my opinion. True for the 320. Of note is the fact that the 321 is one of the ugliest narrowbodies in service. In terms of loo
