What Would You Add To Your Y, J, F Classes?

Based off the starting your own airline thread, if you started your own airline
-how many classes would you have?
-what would they offer (ex. IFE, free meals,etc.)?
-how many of each would you place in your aircrafts?

For me:
I would have 3 classes
-Economy = IFE, AVOD, free meal, recliner seats, 18" wide with 36" pitch, souvenir
-Business = IFE, AVOD, better meal (more rounds of drinks, dessert, etc.) , lie-flats, 36" wide with 65" pitch, access to lounge, amenity kit
-First = IFE, AVOD, screen would be 11", even better meal (first appetizer, then snack, 3 course meal, then snack again, then tea/cofffe with crackers or something, lastly dessert) , snack bar would be available, private cabins, 30"x 80" stand-alone flat-bed, bed separate from seat, mini cabin would be 50" wide and 100" pitch, access to lounge, better amenity kit( including a model of the aircraft being flown), access to onboard jacuzzi,


What about you guys?????

For US domestic flights, US to Canada/Caribbean/Central America I would do as follow:

737/A320 Type Aircraft:

3 rows of Business (4 seats per row)

-Free AVOD/IFE System
-Good legroom
-Drinks in actual glassware
-Meals with nice china and placemate with flights over 4 hours; flights under 4 hours will get a light snack.
-Amenity kit for flights over 4 hours
-Access to lounge with full business fare paying passengers (not the upgrades).
-Upgrades only available at departure if business class is not full and with a $25 fee for elites for flights greater than 4 hours and $15 fee for a flight less than 4 hours.
-2 checked bag allowance (50 pounds each max) + 2 carry-on (suitecase + laptop/purse)
-$25 per additional bag (50lbs max per bag)

Economy (as many that I can fit in as possible)

-AVOD/IFE with Free LiveTV, but $2 a movie
-Legroom (34")
-$5 drinks, but not in glassware unless you buy wine
-Buy on board meals for flights over 4 hours; flights under 4 hours buy on board but for light snacks.
-Extra $$ for the Exit Row, window and aisle seat except for the Elites flying economy were they would not pay extra.
-1 checked bag allowance (50 pounds max) + 2 carry-on (suitecase + laptop/purse)
-$25 per additional bag (50lbs max per bag)

I could go on and on, but got to go to class.
