As the title implies, which airline does have the best IFE in your opinion. I've heard that Emirates has a fantastic ICE system. From my experience KLM, British Airways and Qantas have good IFE, PTV in Y class with AVOD. I have also heard that Singapore Airlines have excellent IFE. Which airlines do you think are in the top five for best IFE (PTV with AVOD)?
For me...
1. KLM (777-200ER)
2. British Airways (777-200ER)
3. Qantas (747-400ER)
4. Northwest Airlines (A330-300)
5. Continental (777-200ER)

Emirates ICE system is horrid it never seems to work. The crew always try to reload the screens and the system to no avail. I like Virgin Atlantics VPORT apart from the odd glitch it works very well with a good selection of movies etc and very easy to use

Definately Emirates ICE although its not rolled out across all their aircraft yet. I had the pleasure of using it only last week in Business class and I didnt want to get off the jet, haha !

I have flown emirates 18 times over the past 3 months. of those 18 flights the ICE system worked at my seat 6 times 4 times had to be reloaded and worked 8 times reloaded did not work. this is a very big problem fro emirates apparently. the system is unreliable therefore not my vote

Interesting no one has mentioned Singapore Airlines. They do have an amazing IFE on the Airbus 380 and the Boeing 777-300ER. I didn't have any problems when I used it on the inaugural flight of the Airbus 380 and yet it was just so amazing.

VS with it's amazing V:Port has my vote. I only had troubles with it once and the F/A's re-set my system and didn't have any further problems. I don't know if this is just V:Port or most IFE systems but it was kinda slow-response.
I'll be flying NW soon in an A332, any input on how good or bad their IFE in Y is? All I know is it's AVOD but are the choices extensive?

I would say the NW A330 AVOD is very good by US legacy standards. Assuming your system works, it is not bad.
