Coming from the thread which 747Forever started, has anyone not been on those two planes

I have never sat on the Airbus 320 family (inc. 318 - 321) and only twice on a Boeing 737-800 from Singapore - Delhi - Singapore with Air Sahara

Anyone else like me?

I fly on widebodies a lot more than narrowbodies, having flown the A320 series only a couple of times (have flown on the 737 quite a bit, but not anywhere close to the widebodies).

From last summer I have flown on both the A320 series (A319, A320, A321) and the 737 ( 737-500 737-700W). Before summer 2007 I had just flown on the A320 series.

I never fly on Airbus A320 series. I flew on Boeing 737 four times (I think), but all the -200 series.  Sad

How, by not sitting on an Airbus?

Well only LCC's operate the Airbus 320 in Singapore (I think) and my parents aren't really fond of LCC travel because my brother hates traveling in these aircraft therefore I have never actually flown on an Airbus 320. The Boeing 737 because it was operated by Air Sahara at one time from DEL-SIN-DEL therefore I sat on it SIN-DEL-SIN

Well, I actually meant both the lack of A320 and 737 flights you've had. Besides some suitable interiors on the newer builds, these are the most boring, mundane aircraft to fly on IMO. Only RJ's are worse in terms of pax jets. The implication was, that if you fly on widebodies the majority of the time then you aren't missing anything with these two types. Heck, 757's and MD-80's are a lot more of a thrill to be on.

Before I get bashed by everyone, I acknowledge the A320 and 737NG are fine aircraft, operationally.

Living in Singapore, the majority of the planes are widebodies, and all my flights in the past 10 years have been on SQ (most of my flights), TG(Airbus widebody both times), and QF (A330)

Now most of you know since SQ is my preferred carrier they only fly widebodies, that one time I had to take Air Sahara was because my father wasn't traveling and we found an irresistible offer on Air Sahara to Delhi

Either planes, or neither? See, I've never flown on any A320 series planes, but on several 737s.

That is for sure. The A320 or the newer 737s are kind of like riding around town in a Ford Taurus. Nice, but not all that interesting.

I have flown A320/A319 on NW lots of times. As far as 737s go I have only flown on a 737-200 and 737-300. that being with HP, the original Frontier, and WN.

I myself have not been on any variant of the 737 or A320 family. The smallest aircraft i have been on was an SQ A310.

I've flown on 737s several times. I was on a NW A319 in october and it just didn't feel the same as a boeing.
