Based off the thread, which is your favorite European airline, what is your favorite North American airline. Mine would have to be Continental.
What about you guys?

AirTran and US Airways so far! This year was my first time to fly AirTran and I loved it, espiecillay the CS. And I've always had a loyalty to US and I'm so proud of them and how far they've come from US and AWA. I don't know why everybody is attacking them? Twenty-one flights with US and, though some 10-40 min delays, I still love them.
This year may also be my first time flying United on a delegation trip in the summer.

Northwest, I have flown with NW a lot and the good far outweighs the bad, I have had several hundred great flights on NW and only a couple bad ones on NW. For European, the only one I have flown and it was a great experience, so my vote on that side of the pond goes to KLM.

It's AA for me.
Service-wise I slightly prefer WN, but they don't offer the schedule I'd like from my home airport to my most frequent destination plus they're slightly more expensive than AA on that route.

Mine of course would be Northwest. I have been on their planes since I was two years old and they are still my carrier of choice after all these years.
American is also an up and coming carrier for me. I have flown them quite a bit in the last 5 or 6 years so i would say they are a distant second.
I tried WN not too long ago and they just aren't my type of airline.

I like AC the most, travel on them all the time (well QK too if it does not count as "AC") The staff are great and I really like their new XM product (though my YVR-HKG flight in J on a 343 last month was great). AC and QK are the only two North American carriers I have flown with this year.

Mine is definitely Midwest. Each time I have flown them I have loved every minute of it.

My best flight in the US was a short hop from LAS-SFO on Ted. The Crew were smart, professional and very friendly. My worst was from ORD-LAS on US! Plane was filthy, the Crew were scruffy, rude, and totally un-interested. They were up and down the aisle eating Sandwiches, crisps, and drinking Coke out of Bottles!!!!
I also found Air Tran Crew rude, but their Ground Staff were really good. Southwest were brilliant!! We had a 2 hour delay LAS-TPA and all the service was free to compensate... Brilliant! I was more than happy to pay and it was such a nice surprise! You dont get that on National Carriers in Europe. Well done SW!!! I will definately fly with you again!

I haven't had to drive to Bakersfield in a LONG time, thanks to ExpressJet!!
Thank you to everyone for making the flights not only stress-free, but an enjoyable experience as well. I hope they have a long and prosperous future!!

My first choice for domestic flights in the USA: DL
I like their hubs SLC and ATL and since I am Flying Blue member, I get miles when flying DL. Inflight service is basically the same on all US carriers. I don't care if I have PTV or not, so basically I choose my flights based on price and hub.

25 AF Cabin Crew: Ia Orana all ! Among all the North American airlines I flew with in 2008 my favourite is Delta

27 PITIngres: I'd have to vote for B6. I haven't been on Virgin America, would like to try them sometime. After B6, a mild preference for WN and CO, then it's don't
28 Nk319: For the 6th straight year I would say Jetblue hands down. They are the best! I have Non-reved alot on Southwest to get home to Ky, so I would say they
29 NWADC9: Legacy: Continental National: Midwest LCC: Southwest But since you mentioned 2008, I'd have to go with Midwest since they're the only airline I flew l
