Most Traveled US Route In Terms Of Passengers?

What is the most traveled intra-US roue in terms of passengers flown? I would imagine it would be out of ATL, LAX, ORD, SFO, or any other of the larger airports.

This has been discussed a lot in the past. If you can figure out the search engine (it's annoying sometimes) there are discussions about this, about the most heavily traveled in the world and the history of these routes.

I know we had a long thread last year about this.

New York - Chicago
Washington - Chicago
Atlanta - Orlando
Atlanta - New York
LA - Chicago
Atlanta - Washington
Ft. Lauderdale - New York
Denver - Chicago
Las Vegas - Chicago
Las Vegas - LA

Keep in mind these are city markets - not airport pairs, which if those are used actually make the top #10 look significantly different.

What I dont get about that pair is how Atlanta and Washington DC DCA and IAD I would imagine is a city pair or ATL-NYC (LGA/JFK and maybe EWR is a pair but its FLL-NYC and not MIA/FLL-NYC or Miami metro area-NYC something like that. ?

Atlanta's numbers are artificially inflated due to the way Delta routes their flights through their hub.
It would be interesting to see beginning and ending points of most US passengers.
