A stop in Seattle.  Wink

Seriously, though. Nice crew, clean planes. IFE (bring your own headsets or buy them for a $1 (yours to keep)). SEA-EWR you can expect a meal (unless it is the red-eye).

A trip report would be good too. BTW, when are you going? I can see who the crew is for you.

And and aircraft not much older than 8 yrs at the max, maybe even a new 800 if in the Ship #508 ish area! Enjoy a wonderful trip and as EWRCabincrew says, he might know the crew so tell him.......I've had the pleasure of experiencing his level of service on a flight from MXP to EWR......AWESOME BABY!!!  Smile

CO 737-800 are very modern and clean and it gets betta at the end of the year when they install LiveTv at each seat across there domestic fleet!

But u will have nice service on CO since there meals are free in Both Cabins!

234 is the ANC > SEA > EWR flight. I've been on the continuing redeye leg from SEA to EWR many times. I've only been delayed once. Two hours because of MX in ANC, aircraft arrived in SEA and we were off without a hitch.
There is no Meal at that time of day. Snack and a beverage, if you are awake for it. They do play the movie so you can dose off to something. All in all its a typical redeye for CO blankets and pillows everywhere. And as I've experienced on Continental Its always a predictable, professional crew.

I always receive nothing but the best whenever I fly Continental. Everytime I fly on a 737-800 they are very clean. On your ANC-SEA-EWR flight you should definitely expect a movie, snack, and a beverage service.

Not all of us can be heroes, some of us can only stand on the sidewalk and clap as they go by.

I just wrote a trip report that included IAH-ANC in a CO 738. Go to that forum to read more detail, but I can sum it up by saying that CO remains my favorite flag carrier... but the seat in the 737-800 is pretty bad. It's just REAL firm... the headrest, while it has the miraculous-folding wings, is clearly constructed of cardboard... as is the rest of the seat, I swear.
I like the planes, I like the seat pitch, I like the complimentary snacks at snack time, I like the (usually) friendly crews... but the seats are a drag.
That said, it's real unlikely that I would book any other carrier- so maybe that puts it in perspective for you.

ditto.

When ever possible, CO website is my one travel portal for buying tix. The video is generally good quality, as is the audio. If you want a drink, and you'll be flying CO somewhat regularly, it is worth buying the in-flight currency at the kiosks. Buy 5 coupons, get one free. I recommend the margarita.

CO crew -- very good, in air, at gate, at check in.

Dont' be afraid of the kiosks, they work well.

Don't be afraid to ask for pillow and blanket, they have them and usually are clean.

Have a great trip!

Dave

Can I have a mojito on this flight?
