I found a cheap fare in C class to NYC/LAS with KL/AF/NW.
Which one would you recommend in C class.

So the option are :

Either KL 777 or AF 777

AF 330 or NW 330

Which has better service:
which has better food?
which has better seats?

anyone knows if KL has a proper business class on AMS - TLV? its on a 737

NO. Just economy seat for a C-class price. No IFE. No frills.

For the choice between KL/AF/NW....I don't know. I never flew AF in C-class.

For your outbound option, it depends on which 777 of AF you can get on. The older AF 777-200ER have wider seats than the KL 777, but less seat pitch and the old ones have recline seats whereas KL have lie-flat at 180 degrees. There is also a version of the 77W which has wider seats, but significantly less seat pitch. The other 77W and 772 have better seats than KL. For food I have found KL better and their service better.

For your inbound option, the AF A330 has less than 1 inch wider and pitch compared to the NW A330. However, for this flight if you want better service and food you should go for AF. I would go on NW A330 because they wont be around long anymore.
Hope I helped.

I would choose AF for the service, food quality and free champagne, even in coach.

NW and KL offer all alcohol free in coach across the atlantic.

AF without a doubt. The seats in KL are like slides (they use Teflon for coating, I guess) and the NW cabin crew is simply awful. Also on AF you have the (very small) chance of an ops-up to F. It really is a no-brainer.

When flying in coach: take KL. Their cabin crew makes up for everything.

Wherever you go, there you are!
