Hi in about two weeks I will fly with BA to LAX and I wonder which 747 they use on this route. Do they use the one with 52 CW seats; http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Bri...itish_Airways_Boeing_747-400_C.php
or the one with 70: http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Bri...itish_Airways_Boeing_747-400_B.php

Any help is appreciated

It is the 1st layout - this is the updated seating chart for the New Club World layout with WT+ in between First & Club. As far as I know all of BA's B744 fleet have been outfitted with the new CW seat, with the B777's to start in Sept.

Cool - did they keep the 2 seating configurations - the high-J and low-J versions - or is it all standardized on 1 configuration now?

IIRC in the old configs, I believe at least 1 daily service was a high-J a/c and at least 1 service was a low-J a/c (don't know if the 3rd service was high or low, though!)

as always, willing to be corrected  Wink

Depends which flight you're on. Odds are the first one, but the 283 is the 2nd 5 days a week.
