Hi all, im hoping some people might be able to answer some questions i have. I was orginally booked on GB airways but this got transferred to Easyjet when they bought out GB airways. I am flying out on Saturday 23rd August from Gatwick to Malaga flight number 8615. I am travelling with my partner and my two young kids (nearly 3 and nearly 1). Now, this is the first time travelling with kids so just want to know what to expect. The little one is in a buggy, do i have to check this in? Can i take it to the gate? Do we get let on the plane any earlier? Is there any preferred seats to get? Will it be an A319? i guess so although they did inherit a few GB planes. Anything else i need to know? Any Tips to make things go smoother? Thanks in advance....

Having a look on Flightstats, it seems to show that todays equivalent of your flight(showing your flight number) is operated by the A320.. which will obviously be ex-GB aircraft they all still have BA interiors and some play films over the flipdown screens as IFE.
This link might still work, if so check it out....

On easyjet, you get a number as you check in. I.e, the first person to check in gets a card with no. 1 on and so on. They then call you at the gate in groups of numbers e.g. 1-30. I'm afraid it is a free for all after that. As far as i know you can't reserve seats with them. However, if you have children, you do get priority boarding, even before the numbers start to board.
Regards and have a good flight
