I have a trip from Panama City to Los Angeles in a couple of months, and I've chosen Continental as the best option for my trip, connecting in IAH of course.
My PTY-IAH flight arrives at 13:15, and my IAH-LAX flight departs at 14:30. Knowing I'll have to go through immigration/customs/security/terminal change, do I have a chance to make it?
It's my first time connecting through IAH. I'll be arriving at Houston before the main bank of European arrivals, I trust immigration shouln't take that long...

The only time I went through immigration at IAH, my trip ended there, meanin that I do not have experience of onward connections.
I changed planes on other occasions there and in combination of these two pieces of experiences, I think 75 minutes can be a close call.
Are you looking onto flights 889 / 137 ?
Personally I would go for a more secure connection of flts 889 and 795 (2h30m connection), if the fare is comparable. This would also give you some time to get something to eat at IAH w/o having to rush to your gate ...

Thanks for answering. Yeah, I thought that as well, but it was too late, I had already paid.
Anyways, If I do miss my connection, at least there are several other IAH-LAX flights later on... I suppose they'll book me on the next available flight, which might as well be CO795.

...and you might make the connection, so why not try it?
