Turkish Airlines J Class Question

Can those of you in the know tell me what the seats in TK's long haul J are? I have to decide between the 332 serviced ORD-IST and the 343 serviced JFK-IST and both seem to have 2 different seat types. Help please.

All the 330s have the new cabins, while the 340s are in process of refitting with 5 of 7 done so far as I recall with remainder before years end.

TK has a pretty good product, particulary out of IST with a nice lounge and great catering.
